Summer SURF Program Safety
and Procedures |
ADMISSION
Please have the completed on file? enrollment form, immunization record,
field trip/transportation form. |
APPEARANCE
Conservative dress is our standard. Shorts/skirts must be
mid-thigh length and also worn under dresses. Spaghetti strap,
muscle and midriff shirts are prohibited. Pants must fit around
the waist and may not have chains or dangling items. Tennis shoes
or closed toe shoes are to be worn. No flip-flops or backless
shoes. Hats may not be worn in the dining area, but are permitted
outside. |
DISCIPLINE
All students will conduct themselves at a high level of conduct.
They will:
respect authority
be prepared
follow school rules
show courteous behavior
accept correction responsibly
work quietly
work within a given time frame
always exhibit their best |
EMERGENCIES
Staff is trained in CPR and First Aid. Please make sure your
contact numbers are current. |
MEDICATION
If a child needs medication administered during care hours please be
sure it has been properly signed in on the chart in the kitchen.
Children are expected to remain home until they have been symptom free
for 24 hours when exhibiting the following conditions:
temperature of 100 degrees or more
discharge from nose or eyes
nausea or vomiting
diarrhea
undetermined rash or intense itching
open sores
any known contagion |

ASHLEYS will be closed on 4th
of July.
Hours of operation are 6am - 6pm
Breakfast, Lunch and snacks are provided daily.
Children in K and up may bring their own lunch if they choose.
Always come prepared for inclement weather. |
